Is it easy to book an appointment online?
Making an appointment only take a minute. Fill out some info about your place, and you'll see a list of available cleaning times. Your appointment will be confirmed by email immediately, and your Exec Cleaning team will be at your house at the scheduled time. You can book an appointment here.
When are cleaners available?
Our cleaning teams are available 9am - 9pm every day of the week. Availabilities may vary based on prior bookings, but you will be able to choose a convenient time and date. Your appointment will be confirmed by email immediately.
Do I have to be at home for my cleaning?
You don't have to, but you can if you want to. If you are going to be away during your cleaning, you can leave the key in a hidden location and let us know where it is.
Do you provide your own supplies for my cleaning?
Yep! Your cleaning team will bring the cleaning supplies. We use only 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. If you have supplies in your home you would like us to use instead, just let us know in the special requests.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards online. You won't be charged until after your cleaning is complete. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions are encrypted to ensure safety and security.
Can I reschedule my cleaning?
Yes. When you create an Exec Cleaning account, you will be able to log in and view the status of your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment by choosing a new time from our calendar. Please note there will be a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Do I need to tip the cleaners?
Nope, tip is included in the price so you don't need to worry about it!
