What hours are you available?
Our cleaning teams are available between 9am and 9pm, Monday through Sunday. Day to day availability changes, but you'll always be able to select your own date and time, with instant confirmation.
Do I need to be in my home during the cleaning?
Up to you. You can leave a key in a hidden place if you'd prefer not to be there.
Do you provide supplies?
Yes, our cleaning teams provide all their own eco-friendly cleaning products. If you want to use your own supplies, our cleaning teams can accomodate that as well; just leave instructions in the special requests section of the booking.
What kind of supplies do you use?
We use completely non-toxic cleaning products.
How do I pay?
We take credit card payments through Stripe, one of the world's leading credit card processors. We take your credit card securely at the time of booking, but don't bill you until your cleaning is completed.
How do I reschedule my cleaning?
Once you create an Exec account and book your first cleaning, you'll be able to see the cleaning's status at any time. From that page, you can reschedule to another time. If you cancel within a 24 hour period of your cleaning, there is a $75 fee.
Do I leave my cleaners a tip?
Nope! Tip is included in the cleaning price.
