What is Exec Cleaning?

Exec Cleaning is our latest service which will sparkle your home. We detail your bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces. On top of that, our cleaners only use green supplies for your safety. For more on what we can do, check out our detailing list on our services page.

Are your cleaners trustworthy?

All of our cleaners are professionals with experience with in-home cleaning. Every team has been background checked, vetted, and thoroughly tested to make sure that all of our cleanings will leave you 100% satisfied.

How do I book?

Booking is simple through our online system. Just put in an address, number of rooms and pick a time. Our teams will arrive on-time to clean your home and be out before you get back! Get started here.

What times can I book your maid service?

Our maids are available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. Because the service is booked on a first come first serve, there might not be some times available, but once you choose your time, we will confirm your appointment via email.

Should I be home during my cleaning appointment?

You can if you would like, but it isn't required. You can leave your key in a hidden place for us and leave instructions for us. If you would like recurring cleanings, we can even set up a secure key box for you for free!

Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?

Absolutely! They will only use green supplies, but if you have some supplies you would like us to use, feel free to let the cleaners know.

Is your service green?

Yup! For your health and the health of our cleaners, we only use 100% green cleaning supplies.

How can I pay?

We only accept payment via credit card. You won't be charged until your cleaning is finished. All of our payments are processed through Stripe, one of the worlds most secure credit card processors. All transactions are encrypted for your security and we do not store any credit card numbers.

What if I have to reschedule?

You can reschedule your cleaning at any time. Simply log into the Exec website and select a new time for your cleaning to take place. Unfortunately, if you cancel your cleaning within 24 hours of your appointment time, there will be a $75 cancelation charge.

Is tip included?

Yup! No need to tip.
