All of our cleaning professionals are interviewed, background checked, and put through an evaluation process prior to being sent to your home. If you aren't thoroughly satisfied with our cleaners, let us know and we will make it right!
Can I book an appointment online or over the phone?
We provide fast and easy online booking with instant confirmation of your appointment time. Fill out some basic information about your house, and we'll give you our estimate on how long we think it will take to clean it. When is Exec cleaning available to come to my home?
Our cleaning professionals are available to clean your house 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. You can see real-time availability for times during the booking process, and you'll receive instant confirmation of your appointment.
Can Exec clean my home while I am gone?
Yes! You can leave a key in a lockbox or hidden place, or just be there to let the cleaners into your home at the beginning of your appointment. Please be sure to leave instructions for how the team should lock up afterwards.
Are cleaning supplies included in the price?
Yes, green cleaning supplies are included in the price of your cleaning. Note that we may not have specialty cleaning supplies, so if you have any you would prefer our team to use please let the cleaning team know.
What kind of green cleaning supplies do you use?
We only use green and eco-friendly cleaning products for the safety of you and your loved ones. For example, we use baking soda and vinegar as a replacement for bleach, and mineral oil as a replacement for stainless steel polishing chemicals.
How can I pay for my Exec cleaning?
During the booking process for your cleaning, you will be prompted to set up a user account and credit card prior to your appointment being confirmed; however, your credit card will not be charged until after the completion of the cleaning. All transactions are processed by Stripe, a secure and safe processor for credit cards.
How do I reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, just log into your account and navigate to your scheduled cleaning jobs. You'll be able to either reschedule or cancel the appointment and book another available time immediately. There is a $75 cancellation fee for canceling your cleaning within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Is a tip to the cleaners included in the price?
Yes, tip is already included in the price of the cleaning. We reward our cleaners appropriately for doing a great job. Be sure to leave them a good rating and feedback after the job!
