Booking online is extremely simple - just fill in your address and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home and we'll show you the price as well as available times for our team to come!
When can I get my home cleaned?
We operate 7 days a week, 9am-9pm. Availability of teams may vary by location.
Do I need to be home for my cleaning?
That's up to you - during the booking process you can specify instructions on where your keys are hidden or how the cleaners should enter your home.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our cleaners bring all of their own supplies.
Do you use green cleaning supplies?
Yes! All of our products are eco-friendly.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
We accept payment online from all major credit cards. We will only charge your card once your cleaning is complete.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, simply log in to your account, cancel the upcoming job, and choose another time that works for you. Please note that jobs canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled job are subject to a cancellation fee.
Do I need to tip the maids?
No, tip is included in the price of the job.
