Are cleaning materials included?
Of course! Our Exec cleaners bring completely kid and pet friendly cleaning supplies. However, if you have a preference for your own products, please let the team know or write it in the job details.

How do I pay for my cleaning?
We process charges only when your cleaning has been completed and accept credit cards (processed by Stripe, a leading credit card processor). Of course we securely encrypt your information!
What if my plans change? Can I move my Exec cleaning to another time or date?
Before booking your cleaning, you'll create an account with Exec. When you sign into this account, you can see the schedule and status of your cleaning jobs. If you need to change plans, you can reschedule by logging on to our site and choosing a new slot - just like the first time you book, you'll receive instant confirmation of a rescheduled job! However, if you cancel a cleaning within 24 hours of booking, a $75 cancellation fee will be applied.
Is gratuity included?
You don't need to tip our cleaners as this amount is included in our pricing.
