Here’s an amazing story about how someone used Exec today. One of our customers, Andrew, found a folder of clearly important immigration documents and other papers abandoned outside in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco. Being the excellent person he is, Andrew wanted to find a way to return these papers to Mohamed, their rightful owner.

That’s where Exec came in. About to jump in to a meeting, Andrew outsourced tracking down and returning of the documents to Exec. Matt L. picked up the job, and started doing some LinkedIn and Facebook sleuthing online, and then used that information to start calling various places that Mohamed had worked and went to school. It worked: he was able to get a phone number and get in touch with Mohamed, and 20 minutes later Exec was able to get Mohamed’s personal docs back to him.
