We're excited to announce that we're launching the newest version of our Exec iPhone app and website. We've been hard at work the last month gathering feedback from our customers, and we've learned a few things - in particular, that our clients generally want more insight and communication from their Execs. In our quest to continually improve the Exec experience, we've created Messaging, an in-app feature that makes communicating with your Exec even easier.
Messages
Messaging makes it easy for you and your Exec to coordinate before and during a task, while also helping to keep this communication contained from everything else going on in your busy life. Here's how it works:

'No-Call' Setting
We understand that not everyone loves phone calls, and we've created an easy way for you to let us know if this is the case: if you don't want a call from our Execs, just check the "I prefer that Execs only call my phone as a last resort during a job" check box in your account settings. Our Execs will be notified of your preference, and will communicate with you through messaging during the job - they'll only call you in the event of an emergency.
On the way!
The Exec app will now also notify you when your Exec is en route to the job location. Remember, you won't get billed when the Exec is on the way - billing still starts when the Exec gets to the first job location.
